1.1 Test Cancellation
- 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund or rescheduling available
- 12-24 hours before appointment: 50% refund or free rescheduling
- Less than 12 hours before appointment: No refund, but rescheduling available with a nominal fee
- No-show: No refund, full amount charged
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing fees (if any) are non-refundable
- Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 additional business days

- Lab unavailability or closure

3. Rescheduling Policy
We offer flexible rescheduling options to accommodate your needs:
- Free rescheduling: Available up to 12 hours before the appointment
- Paid rescheduling: ₹100 fee for rescheduling within 12 hours
- Multiple reschedules: Up to 2 free reschedules per booking
- Reschedule window: New appointment must be within 30 days of original booking
4. Special Circumstances
4.1 Medical Emergencies
In case of medical emergencies, we may offer full refunds or rescheduling with proper documentation:
- Doctor's certificate or medical report
- Hospital admission documents
- Emergency contact verification
4.2 Natural Disasters
During natural disasters or government-mandated closures:
- Full refunds or rescheduling available
- No cancellation fees applied
- Extended rescheduling window
5. How to Cancel or Reschedule
5.1 Online Cancellation

- Go to "My Bookings" section
- Select the booking you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel" or "Reschedule"
- Confirm your action
